Tarik Joyner is Chief Executive Officer at Chop Suey Entertainment LLC, with responsibility for Strategic Planning, Brand Management, and Project Approval. Prior to co-founding Chop Suey Entertainment, he worked in sales management at several companies, was an account executive with Hoodsheep Productions LLC a boutique music label and a co-owner of MDM Entertainment. During his two years as Head of Media Productions at Hoodsheep Productions helped develop and directed video and media content promoting label artist.

Tarik’s greatest strengths are his creativity, drive and leadership. He thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s reach. His most recent project involved a strategic refocusing of the company to expand beyond Chop Suey’s primary focus on video content. This resulted in the restructuring of the creative team and the hiring of two new talented team members to round out the abilities of the company to bring exciting projects to the marketplace.

Tarik holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Old Dominion University in Communications. He lives in Northern Virginia with his wife, their three children. In his free time, Tarik likes to drive classic cars, is an avid reader and enjoys mentoring and encouraging others to reach for greater heights.
